I came across that thread a couple of days ago, saw the TP resolution and that did not work for me. Am I overlooking another resolution?
As suggested in the linked thread (that was created a few hours ago), you can also try repairing your client.

Have you had an Account Restoration? Something about those seems to render the ability to unlock episodes untenable.

Ahh, then I would suggest you submit a Request to CS and let them know that several players have this issue. Those with Account Restorations (at least some of those), do not seem to be able to unlock Season Two Episodes. If you do not receive a satisfactory response (they may be unaware of the issue), perhaps bring it to Gaile Gray’s attention.
