When you’re aboard the Captain’s Airship if you talk with the helmsman to take you to Black Citadel it instead takes you to Lion’s Arch. This seems to be the only city that’s affected in such a way. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s inconvenient to have to go through additional loading screens.
