I can rarely ever get the bombs to go where I want them to. Trying to destroy the icicles, the bombs just plummet to the ground. The ones I have managed to get, I had to throw at least 50 before finding the perfect spot before the bomb would go toward the icicle instead of the ground. I’m currently stuck because I simply cannot get the bombs to hit the icicles. I’ve wasted probably 400+ baubles throwing them.

I’m encountering the same problem. For some reason, each time I try to throw a bomb, there’s a good chance that it’ll just explode at my feet without going anywhere, or fly at an extreme downward angle.

It’s making getting several achievements impossible.

Bomb trajectory is indeed messed up, but the achievements aren’t impossible, just annoying. At least for some icicles, you can use slingshot. Same for one of the assassins for Become the Master towards the end, and the purple assassin near checkpoint 2 is killable with bombs from infantile cloud rainbow.
