Issue with preview option. Screen freeze.
That’s the first time I see a report about a thing like that. Maybe your game got corrupted somehow? You might try to repair it and see if it helps. Instructions about how to do it are at https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/28148006-Repairing-the-Game-Client.
It had to have something with my PC. I restarted it and it works fine now. Weird indeed. Is there any tool to capture logs from your game that I could later send to devs to make it easier for them to find the cause?

You can run the game with the -log parameter, it will generate a log file. Info about how to do that can be found at https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Command_line_arguments.

thank you from now on I’ll do that. I swear since I left QA job I’m cursed. All bugs seems to gather around me in most of the games I play :/
