I’ve been trying to install Guild Wars 2 on a new laptop however the installer/updater doesnt work when it comes to the install and i keep getting this crash, can anyone help?

I am having the same problem. I have tried multiple times over the past few days (October 23rd-26th 2015) and i get this error when trying to install.

Please create a new thread instead of posting in a thread where the last post is several months old.
Cause is Module: LavasoftTcpService.dll.
You need to remove that.
