Guild Wars 2

So I turned the ability to see skill recharge on in the interface, and wilderness survival has no effect on survival skills at all. I tried this with both lightning reflexes and entangle so it does nothing at all.

1) This should go in game bugs, not technical support
2) I tested Wilderness Knowledge (VI) and its working for me. I see LR go from 40→32, QZ 60→48 and Entangle 150→120.
Wilderness Survival is the trait line, and does not offer reduction in recharge; only the (VI) talent.
