Guild Wars 2

Yesterday I was removing two stacks of candy corn from my guild storage. When I drug the first stack from storage to my inventory, it just disappeared. At first I figured in snapped back to the guild storage inventory since items sometimes do that, but it didn’t. It just disappeared. I had no other stacks in my inventory so it didn’t get mixed with anything else, and I only had two in my storage. After this happened I had none in my inventory and 1 in my guild storage.

I don’t really care since it’s just a stack of candy corn, but I figured I would mention it since I would hate to see this happen to someone with something of real value.

this is a bug, happens to me too…. my fix for it: withdraw one more, if it does not appear in your inventory, reload game…. everytime I reload game, i get teleported away from guild bank and those items appear in my inventory….very weird and devs should fix this

Reply OMG I just withdrew a stack of Mango pies and they didn’t appear in my inventory…..gonna try and restart and see if that fixes it…. EDIT: yep relogged and my precious mango pies are there. Whew

This happened to me a few times to, bumping back to character select screen and entering the game again makes the item appear in the inventory. It is really scary but at least it is not permanent

I had this happen with a stack of ecto a couple months ago, I just about died.
A few other smaller times but always when removing multiple stacks of the same thing, it essentially drops them on top of each other or something, and in my case moving the first stack back dropped the second (missing) stack into the slot the first stack was in.

I’m now paranoid and close/reopen the bank between removing multiples of expensive stuff.
