Guild Wars 2

I was searching for a new weapon to use on my warrior after I hit lvl 39, and I noticed some of the item upgrades already in the weapons do not have stats. I even noticed items like earrings, or rings, or amulets themselves with certain upgrades also were bugged.

I provided a screenshot. I even submitted a bug report, but I can’t screenshot to attach it while mousing over the item to display the bug..

I noticed this as well before the latest hotfix. I’m unsure however if this bug only affects the description or the actual behavior as well. It might be related to this bug.
