Was getting ready to do a dungeon with our guild when I went to the bank to retrieve food. Only to find that the consolidation I’d done a week ago across all characters -having collected their individual stocks and consolidated them in the bank- had been rolled back.
I went through all of them and found it to be true. But then having gone and consolidated again, I then went to transfer a stack of food to the character I was going to dungeon with -clicked the stack to transfer it and gone.
Not gone the way it sometimes happens with the guild vaults. But gone. No, I didn’t right click and destroy. Items are just going missing. They aren’t coming back either.
What have you broken now?

Most likely, the server never got updated with whatever you did earlier. There are lots of reasons that this might happen, unrelated to ANet having broken anything with the latest patch. Of course, that’s “possible”; it’s just unlikely to have only affected you if it were a game bug.
Either way, Customer Service is the best place to start to track it down. If the issue is with your client, they can help you troubleshoot. If it’s on their end, they’ll need technical data from you anyhow, to troubleshoot their side of things.
