Hey guys,

So after a few hours of failing miserably at the Jade Kraken time mote challenge, I finally found a group and we were able to complete the challenge successfully. However, everyone in the party got the piece for the Legendary Backpiece collection except for me! I filed a claim, and was told to come to the forums.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you start with the NPC on the FoTM lobby to start the collection?

Or just open your collections section to see if you have the collection unlocked. If you didn’t (which probably means you didn’t speak with that NPC yet), you won’t receive any of the potential drops, including the one for killing the Maw within 5 minutes.
