I haven’t been able to finish three zones today for reasons as follows.

Diessa Plateau, Cow Cannon says its unavailable and so i cannot get the last vista.
Gendaren Fields, Pirate girl skill point is bugged, she doesn’t appear.
Lornar’s Pass Skill point just south of Stonescatter wash is also bugged, she just doesn’t appear.

I also have the same problem for the Cow Cannon one.

I saw that message on the Cow Cannon, too (on Jade Quarry), but when I went around to the other side, it let me use it and I got to the vista just fine.

The Cow Cannon is not the NPC – the NPC is a different thing altogether which got disabled. Apparently some sort of gambling thing which wasn’t working.

Soooooooooooooo what’s the fix for the vista point then? I’ve never been able to click on the cannon to get the vista!! I read somewhere if you log out of the main server and log back into an overflow server it’ll work fine. I haven’t had that luck yet to be put in queue

Go around to the front of the Cattlepult and you should be able to interact with it. This doesn’t work if the testing event is going on, you’ll have to wait until it’s over.

I’ve waited for ten or more minutes with the pult and no clicking ability anywhere on it.
