So you need to consume the Jaka Itzel Poison before or during the keep construct fight to receive a 15 minute buff that lets you loot the collection item from killing KC.
But this buff is removed whenever you enter downstate. I highly doubt Anet intends us to open our inventory bag while in the middle of trying to fight a raid boss to consume an item just so we can loot a legendary armor collection item.
Please fix.
