While being a Charr in the Urban Battleground Fractal, the Molten Jetpack does not display on my back.

I don’t think that’s a bug. In this fractal you don’t wear your own armor and your backpiece isn’t visible in general, the quivers and fractal backpieces aren’t visible either.
