Guild Wars 2

Whenever one of my friends or I try to join a group by either writing “/join charactername” or right clicking a name the members of the existing group are unable to to accept the request. Nothing happens if you click accept.
You can however decline the request and invite the person so it seems to be a bug with /join only.
This happened to my friends and me several times while being either on the same map or on different maps. Can’t provide much more info and haven’t really seen other people talking about it, but I thought it’s worth a report.

Has anyone not been able to get into a party through the join party function? Not through lfg but just normally? My guild members say they can’t accept my requests sometimes.

Yeah I just posted about this too. It seems strange but rather minuscule. I doubt it would be on top of Anet’s list to fix it.

I agree, haven’t been able to /join on people for like 1 – 2 weeks. They have to cancel my invite request and invite me themselves.

Yeah, I experienced it last night. Someone tried to join my party where was I and a friend but clicking accept didn’t work. Then I disbanded my party and reinvited ppl but my friend that was already in the party before couldn’t join it.

There are multiple threads on this issue. I guess now they have started the merging of them but missing most lol.
