I can’t seem to join in server to my guild mates nor they can they to me. I also can’t be sent mail. I sent a ticket. but anyone ever get this issue.

I did customize ingame playlist so maybe thats it? idk

Are you on the same region as your guild? If the guild are all playing on EU while you’re playing on NA (or vice versa), you won’t be able to play together. As for the mail issue, I’m not completely sure. If your account is new, there may be a period of time that has to pass before you can receive mail. I know that new accounts can’t send receive mail with attachments until 7 days have passed.

Last time I had to send a cross region mail(long time ago) I had to use the display name instead of a character name.
