• I creates a new Norn ranger and got to the prevent that unlocks the hunt with Eir. It never did release the veteran monster the triggers the hunt so it is broken. How can I level my character if im stuck in pre?*

I am also experiencing the same problem, just made a post about it. Hopefully they see it and fix it soon!

Try guesting to different servers. There is a chance it might put you in a different instance in case it’s only bugged in the one.

For reference: On char select screen, click on World in lower left, then choose a server, select Guest, then log in on the norn in the tutorial area and hope for the best. You are limited to only 2 guests in a 24 hour period.
