Hello,

So I finally finished my second legendary, The Juggernaut. I had a lingering thought in my head that something terrible might happen when I combined it with Radiant armor, which turned out to be exactly that:

I have these issues noted in the ‘Graphical’ section of my Tracker – Living Story/Game Update Bugs thread. I’ve now also added your thread as it includes a good screencap showing the issues.

• Radiant Vambraces + Juggernaut [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
• Radiant Shoulders + Juggernaut [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]

I dunno why its taking too long to fix this, ive been waiting for a month now for this fix too…

I, personally, cannot do anything to get it fixed. Sadly. Though I try to keep awareness of the issue up and keep players informed on the status of this and other issues with that thread. It also helps to check that thread to see if something has already been reported before making a new thread since the forum “search” feature has been broken for months.

Not to state the obvious, but I really hope they fix this and other issues that are encountered daily by players.

This isn’t exactly a top priority, considering the amount of people who own juggernaut.

If this bug persisting and affecting the enjoyment of the game for some players isn’t enough reason for this thread to exist, there is also the fact that the Radiant armor isn’t only having issues with Juggernaut. If you look, you will see that there are many issues involving the Radiant armor conflicting with crucial elements of gameplay, some of which actually are game breaking for some classes. Mesmer phantasms is one example and thief with stealth is another, both of which should be top priority as the bugs related to them and Radiant armor are game breaking for their class mechanics in WvW and PvP. Your comment was aggressive, insulting, ill-informed and was completely unnecessary as it added absolutely nothing to the discussion of the topic of this thread.

Your voicing the awareness of this issue by the dev team is a very welcome and refreshing sight. I’m sure many of us look forward to the future resolution of this issue.

Also, please note that since the Zephyrite Helm shares the same effects as the Radiant Armor, that the Zephyrite Helm encounters an issue with the Juggernaut effects as well. Though, I assume that correcting how Radiant Armor effects conflict with Juggernaut would also correct the issue with the Zephyrite Helm effects conflicting with Juggernaut as well.

Is there any update on this issue?

I realise game breaking bugs etc should take priority but, taking into account the achievements reward system was put into place on July 9th, the display bug of having Radiant Armor equipped and the white ‘shiney’ parts becoming transparent when wielding the Juggernaut has existed in the game for a total of 77 days (or 2 months 15 days) excluding today.

Something a bit more specific than “We have this issue in the tracker” would be appreciated.

finally i found someone who have same issue

but my issue is worse

after fighting for some time effect of metal disappear and i have to switch so sec weapon and then back to primary ( juggernaut ) to have the effect back

i spent a lot of effort on this weapon please help

While your bug is obviously related to the Juggernaut this thread is about the Juggernaut’s interaction with the glowing/shining sections of Radiant Armor (and as was mentioned, the Zephyrite Helm) specifically.

If you want them to take notice of your bug Avengery you should probably start a thread on it if there isn’t one already as it’s really a separate issue.
