Not sure if bugged or….

On my elementalist (yeah yeah, I`m a masochist…) I can`t cast whilst jumping or falling.
ie: When on a wall in WvWs I can`t jump & cast skill 2 on Staff & use it.
When falling I can`t use Earth shield (right hand bars, forgotten its name)
