This seriously needs to be looked into. I have spent 5 HOURS tonight trying to complete this. It is horribly broken and extremely aggravating.
1. There are missing jumping spots, like the branch that Sthenith mentioned.
2. I randomly die (not from jumping/falling) and cannot be resurrected. Forcing me to log out and back in, losing all of my progress (i.e. start back over from the very begging).
3. I randomly fall through the map and get stuck. Again, forcing me to restart the game and lose all of my progress.
4. The game server constantly glitches out. When this happens the portals do not work, the alignment containers are missing, and the monsters I know should be there are not. And again, I have to log out/in and lose all of my progress.
I have made it to the end of the 3rd jumping puzzle/phase no less than 10 times only to die, forcing me to restart the whole kitten thing. I have met a lot of other players who had also spent hours trying to complete it. We were even using teleports and it was impossible.
As a recent convert from another MMO this was my only bad experience so far, but it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had (no hyperbole). I hope that I do not have many more like it in the future. Eventually I had to take a break from the game. I will try again tomorrow.
