With the month coming to an end soon, I need 9 more jumping puzzles to complete my monthly.
Problem is the last two puzzles that I fully completed didnt credit towards the monthly. Which is odd because I was credited for completing them for the first time.
The puzzles in question:
-Windy Cave in Lornar’s Pass
-King Jalis’s Refuge in Snowden Drifts

I did report this in game but I received no response or correction to the matter after a few days, hence why I am here.

Additional information:
Yes, I am aware that just starting the puzzle credits towards the monthly. Both of these puzzles were in an area that I haven’t explored before. So this is my first time in those areas.
I am 100% sure there is a problem because I double check before and after each puzzle to make sure that I am credited. Also I had completed 2 puzzles prior to these and they were credited with no issue.

Windy Cave does not count as a puzzle. It is an Exploration Achievement not a Puzzle Achievement.

The trigger location for the credit for some puzzles can be very unexpected. You might have to run around near the entrance to trigger it or there might actually be multiple routes to start and only one counts.

It probably would have been less problematic if the monthly actually required finishing the puzzle. That way they could have just put the trigger location next to the chest.
