Guild Wars 2

I finally farmed enough gold to get the commander’s compendium book. When I double clicked it it did the “skill point animation” then i looked at my status bar and didn’t receive the commander title. I bought the book at Divinity Reach.

Check you party menu. You should be able to form Squad now.
