I think it is bugged out. Is this the only server to experience this?

Define “not spawning”.

I am almost constantly seeing people standing around at steampipe asking when the Queen will spawn, and more than a few wondering if it’s bugged, while a handful of people are trying to do the events to trigger it.

If you don’t do the events, and hold the camps, she won’t spawn. She also won’t spawn twice in 60 minutes.

I’m pretty sure there’s a bug since it was impossible to flip all four camps last time I checked on that server.

Its the steampipe nests which are bugged..You cant “burn” them so you can never capture that settlement
