Is it intended that the price for a two handed weapon is the same as a one handed weapon? To me it sounds like a bug that I would have to spend twice as much karma for two daggers than just buying a staff. Case in point, the pirate karma vendor (first mate shane) at the end of the LA pirate puzzle. All weapons sell for 9,800 karma.

I’m sure mostly everyone has seen this in game, but just annoying to be forced to deal with it.

The worst is lvl 80 weapons, selling at 63k karma each. Sure it’s annoying, and it would be nice to know if it’s intended from ANet.

(if it’s really intended… LOL)

Apart from racial weapons, there doesnt seem to be any point to buy 63k skins. Just buy lower level versions and transmute with the stones you get free from clearing areas.

I still get hardly ever more than 200 karma (gold reward) for doing PvE events in lvl 40-50 zones, which is really not that much more than what I get in starter zones – do the rewards rise exponentially in lvl 80 zones or something?

You’d have to NEVER spend Karma on anything to afford them. Heck it’s cheaper to just by the “Invader” stuff with Karma when you hit 80. :S (17-25k)

But yeah Chaion… Some people actually buy them for the stats. <.<
