I purchased all three tiers of Karmic Retribution from Slooshoo in Bitterfrost Frontier, but the icon does not appear with my other buffs as it does in Ember Bay, nor have I had any karma consumables drop. Others in the map are having the same issue.

Hopefully this gets some attention and is fixed soon.

i bought all 3 tiers of the karmic retribution aswell,i did get the icon,however,about 5 minutes later i got dc’d and when i got back in,thats when i noticed the icon gone,and i cant buy it again.

Same here, I bought two levels of it and noticed that I wasn’t getting drops nor did I have the buff.

Bought all three levels. A few minutes later the Icon disappeared, and I don’t get any Karma Flasks by killing enemies.

Same issue. I bought the first tier before hotfix and it was gone after hotfix.

Same, bought all 3 tiers, worked until I relogged on the map, buff icon gone, no more karma gained.

Exact same problem for me too. I asked in the chat if “anyone had lost their [Karmic Retribution] post getting the [Cold Resistance] buff” and someone else said they had the same issue.

I left Bitterfrost to Ember Bay and still had my karma buff there and returned the Bitterfrost version was still missing. I haven’t received any karma bottles since but its difficult to say whether it was bad luck or related.

If they fix it, they won’t need to refund.

Also count me as well as another victim of the Karmic Retribution not working in the new map

same bug here, bought all 3 steps, worked well until relog then disappeared from buff list

Bought the first two tiers last night, it worked back then. Today I came back, and the buff was gone. Here is a screenshot that proves I bought the other tiers already, but as you see on the buff-list, the icon is not there. I do not get any mana-potions anyway.

I also ran into this problem. It originally showed but upon a dc and patch it was gone. I purchased the first level. I also submitted a ticket.

Guys make sure you are /bug reporting this in game as well.

Yep same here, I hope they’ll be able to fix it without us losing the resources spend…

Bought 1 level of Karmic Retribution for the Bitterfrost Frontier map. It seemed to be working fine and I was getting liquid karma drops. I entered a story instance and came back out to the buff no longer on the status bar and not getting any liquid karma drops. This was long before I ever got far enough in the story to get the Cold Resistance buff.

Same issue, bought 3 level, worked well till I log out, no more benefits :’(

Add me to the list. I only bought one and the icon is gone and I think that the monsters are not dropping karma potions anymore.

Same, extremely disappointed that this is bugged after spending 16k magic on it, the QA in this game is one of the worst I have ever encountered.
