I need to find Kasparak for the Every Piece Matters achievement, but somehow Kasparak is not showing up for me in the Almuten Estates. I’ve tried more than one server without any luck. Someone knows what’s going on?

Same here and tried multiple servers.

The “Every piece Matters” achievement is locked as the deadline for the dragon bash achievements ended earlier today before the “Sky Pirates” content was released.

He hasn’t shown up for me either. After the patch, I’ve been able to encounter and talk to the other representatives, just not Kasparak. That’s what makes it so strange.

Editing this post since it seems to have been fixed in the patch. Thank you!
