I do not know what the issue is with why I am constantly crashing out in WvW when fighting in a large blob of players, both friendly and enemy.

I have been sending in crash logs as and when I can, at times I crash straight to desktop with no means of filing a report. Even with this I am not getting feedback from Anet, which is making me wonder if they’re actually getting my crash logs.

My hardware is: Windows 7 Professional, 8GB Ram, 2x Nvidia 660s with SLi enabled. Intel Core i5-3570K.

You won’t get any response from sending those crash reports. They are just for Anet to see that there is a problem and what it is.

Anyway I think there is nothing support can really do for you.
The game crashes due to an out of memory error.
The only thing you can do is reducing your graphic settings.
Deactivate High-Res Character Textures and set Character Model Limit to low or lowest.
