some times speaking with workers or rez them if they are dead unbugged them . but yes it is not a perfect fix . it is bugged time to time

Far longer than that. Over a year. It’s never been fixed or even said it’s being looked into.

I usually see this bug when we cap’t Garrison while its in the middle of an upgrade.
