Just as the title says, since the recent July 23rd patch an insane amount of kegs spawn at the beginning of the match.

Edit: Bug fixed.

How many would normally spawn there at the start of the match?
Sorry, I’ve never taken part in Keg Brawl so I do not know.

Only one keg is supposed to spawn at the beginning. In this case, not only a lot of them spawn, but there’s also plenty of them on the field already before the match actually starts.

Oh, I can see how this would be pretty crazy and breaking to how the game is played; from 1 to 50+.

I added your thread (and thanks for including a pic) to my Living Story Updates Related Bugs tracking list. If you notice that it get fixed, would you then update your thread saying as such please? So that I can move it to the Fixed Bugs section

Wouldn’t be surprised if they just let this slide. It’s not like they care about producing any unadulterated fun elements of the game. They probably intentionally put this in to help the people who are trying to farm for the title and tell people like me who enjoy Keg Brawl to go kitten off. You can easily rationalize this for ArenaNet by stating the amount of people who don’t actually go to Keg Brawl to play Keg Brawl. And it doesn’t have anything to do with them not supporting the game type post-launch either, if that’s what you were thinking.

I should clarify that ArenaNet didn’t actually say the above quote.

LOL, Keg brawl now sends you to PvP everyone. They took Keg Brawl out back and shot it.

They didn’t just not add the other 29 Activities they promised at launch. They got rid of the only one that did make it… lol fun

About 30 minutes ago they patched and noted this as being fixed.
Can anyone confirm that it works properly again?

did anet remove the sound of the keg being launched from the ramp? im not hearing it
