In Baruch Bay (SP), same problem.

Not working on Gates of Madness either. Just Ol’ Stinky sitting there. :/

Missing on Desolation, however, Tocatl is there on Blacktide.

Broken on Gate of Madness, had to guest to Blackgate to get the map completion…. So lame to waste a guest just for a skillpoint

bugged in piken square

Missing on Crystal Desert…. My thoughts are that it has something to do with the Toxic Offshoots…. I know right now the Toxic Alliance clearing event is active. That might have something to do with it…. However, he doesn’t seem to be respawning even when the event is over.

The skill point is also bugged in Yak’s Bend. I guested to Tarnished Coast, where I was able to complete it.

The same here, with the Ruins of Surrnia server. I can’t complete the map…

Working on any EU servers atm?

Broken on Ruins of Surnia for the last 3 weeks on Europe Server.. I"ve been waiting to see if a fix was coming, but I am here today with 2 other chars also and none of us can get it..

Please fix this bug..

The servers were reset on Friday and Monday its already broken again? What are you people doing to him out there??

I cant believe this has been broken since the Toxic Krait Living World started. It has been 3 months now. Please move this to the top of the defects list.

YA anet truly need to fix this but untill that happens i tried to guest on another server luckly for me managed to find a working server on first try, so if you are having problems for those in NA servers try guest on MAguuma it worked for me.

By the way my server was CD and its broken there

The problem is that we can’t reproduce this, or find any reason for this to happen. It’s especially baffling because after the Toxic Alliance story ended, we moved the skill point back to its original position.

One to exclude of your list, the NPC is there at the proper place on Seafarer’s Rest.
