Kessex Hills completion map no reward

Have you previously gotten completion on that map? You only get the chest once, even if you complete the map again. (A POI was added at the Thunder Ridge Camp.)
Weren’t two POI’s added, one at the camp with the npc’s and one underneath the tower? I had 100% map completion (I check after every patch to make sure it stays constant) on the character I used in Kessex today before the update hit and then I had two poi that needed to be “discovered”

If you ulocked only 1 POI and got completion then it means you already had completion.
