Please see screenshot attached. I gained the daily achievement “Recycler” while supporting Kiel but DID NOT get a point in the “Kiel Everyday” achievement. It’s hard to prove from a screenshot I was supporting Kiel at the time, but I was. I took the screenshot just after this happened and I had 46m remaining on my Kiel support buff. Recycler wasn’t listed on the daily watch list on the right (default ones) – could that be it?

That, or it’s a case you need to get all 5 dailies and get the chest. In which case THE TEXT IS NOT CLEAR. I just says “0/1 daily achievements earned” – that to me means 1 of the daily achievements, not the daily chest. ArenaNet, please can you clarify. Thanks <3

You have to finish the 5th daily with her button active at least, and possibly all 5 with hers active.

Source: yesterday I did it but didn’t get credit for 1 til i got the chest, at which point i got credit for 1.

Hmm, in that case they need to update the text. It is very misleading.

The five “achievements” you complete for your Daily Achievement are actually “Tasks” to complete the Daily Achievement.

Complete 5 tasks to earn your Daily Achievement.
They are a means to an end; that end being the actual Daily Achievement and chest. These individual tasks just so happen to also grant achievement points, but are not, themselves, actual achievements.
