Kill a Champ Daily bugged today.
World bosses are not champion class enemies.
Oak is no longer a champion and was made a Veteran enemy many months ago.

Oak is no longer a champion and was made a Veteran enemy many months ago.
In That case, may totally fault!
Terrible sorry for my ignorance! I always thought that W. Bosses Counted as Champs. And i was not aware of the changes at Queensdale.

Update: So i was in Dulfy.net GW2 daily achievements guide trying to learn what i could kill to do this daily and i red this:
- "Additionally, if you are doing the Frozen Maw chain for Shiverpeak events, the Champion Shaman at the end also works for this achievement. "
That Shamã was exactly what i tried yesterday to do this ( and the fire Elemental after), and still not get the thing done. So i must ask, exactly what i must kill to be able to finish this daily?

Update: Done! I tried the Giant in Diessa Lowlands and worked. I will use this champ in future similar dailys.

I killed a Champ Troll in Timberline for it. I think the Svanir at the north end of Wayfarer still counts, does it not?

It doesn’t. Ended up with “Daily Champion Slayer: 0%” after I killed the Svanir Shaman. Either the recent updates changed that or it is somehow bugged.

Yup, it was too weird, because i think i remember doing that Daily in the shaman, normally works. But this last night after the reset i tried 2 times, and one more this morning and nothing! Just doing that Giant activated the thing.
It’s because most of the World Bosses are either Legendary foes (they have a purple circle around their portrait), or are “structures” (like the Shadow Behemoth, Golem Mk II and Tequatl). In either case, they are not counted as Champions and thus do not count towards Champion Slayer.
In my opinion, Legendary foes SHOULD count towards Champion Slayer though. Elite foes count towards Veteran Slayer, after all.

The Svanir Shaman for Frozen Maw is a champ (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Champion_Svanir_Shaman_Chief) and I swear I did the achievement killing him
