Has anyone Killed Maw but not received a chest?

We were in a Level 38 Fractals and seemed to killed Maw before the adds were killed, no clue how that happened, and then we were shut out and stranded.

I have done fractals hundreds of times and never had this happen.

Is this a new glitch with the “New” fractals or has anyone else had this happen before.

It is lame not getting an ending chest but I would have run FOTM again so get it next time, but I just hope this is a one time event.

Several of my guildies have reported this issue with not getting daily chest from fractals and I had it last night too. It was also on Jade Maw.
Could be that the last fractal I did finished a little later than I thought so crossed over to the next day but I don’t think it did.
I have also done many hundreds of fractals and never heard of this before.

Just had this happen to myself. Level 20 daily.
Twice in 2 weeks this has happened now, it’s rather annoying.
Both times we’ve had someone dead at the end of the kill, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
