I just unlocked the “Killing Fields” mission of my personal story, I am being told to read Almorra’s letter, but haven’t gotten one. I don’t know what to do, can anyone help me out here?

Is your mailbox full? If you have too many messages in it, new mail will be queued up until you make room. Try clearing out your inbox by deleting as much mail as you can.
You might also try logging completely out and back in, after clearing your mailbox, and (as odd as it sounds) any items/Gold waiting at the TP for pick-up. This has proven helpful for some.
