No where to be found. The NPC can be heard/seen emoting in the chat, but no NPC. The NPC either fell through the world, or it is one of those Skill Points/Events that if someone fails/runs away, the event is bugged for everyone else forever (until the server resets that happen at night).

Couldn’t do yesterday or today.

I have also not been able to complete this challenge for the same reason, this is the third day in a row that the NPC is no where to be found.

Confirming that Klakka does not appear at the point indicated on the map today. Haven’t checked on any other days.

36 hours that I have been monitoring. No NPC, when you enter the area the ‘event in progress’ pops up but that is it. I have submitted two in game tickets.
Word on the street is, it is working fine in overflow, but is broken in normal.

I am there now and it is still bugged, 2 other NPCs standing there called Sunshine and Jax the Ram, but no Klakka.

Both Skill Challenges In Gendarran Fields are bugged, Defeat Warmaster Yulia and Klakka the Brainy Pirate. The Orange circle appears as if it is active But there is No NPC there to fight or commune to, in order to have 100% completion of that map.

Still bugged.

This has been bugged for over 48 hours now, and it is the only Skill Point many players need to finish the map section for the Lake Gendarr area. What has happened is that someone initiated the challenge, but Klakka seems to have spawned somewhere that is not on the map (Most likely under it from the behavior that is happening) and the reason I say that is because when you approach the challenge area, in the chat window you can see Klakka say “Halt! I say Halt! Stop right there. Stop, stop, stop!”. Even though you can see him say this, you hear no characters voice, and no matter where you walk/swim to around the wrecked ship, he is nowhere to be seen. I like being able to 100% things so a fix would be greatly appreciated and I am sure many others would agree!

Same on Dragon Brand still… “Klakka the Brain” has been bugged for 3-4 days at least.

Bug confirmed to be still present as I write this.

Bugged on Isle of Janthir

Still bugged to this day, she just doesn’t appear at all on the screen.

Gendarran Fields, just outside of Vigil Keep. Defeat Warmaster Yulia is still down. No NPC to talk to our fight.

Klakka still bugged on Jade Quarry

There is several things bugged in this zone. The worst I have been in yet. Areanet, did anyone beta test this area?

The skill point in Gendarran Fields is broken. “Klakka the Brainy Pirate” won’t show up. I don’t know if it matters or not, but I’m in Blackgate.

Ran across this myself on Crystal Desert tonight. Exactly as described above — Klakka can be heard in local chat saying “Halt! Halt, I say! Stop right there! Stop, stop, stop!” but is nowhere to be seen. She is not on the deck of the broken ship her map icon indicates her to be on, nor is she in the cavity of the boat itself. The challenge event UI is displayed, but Klakka cannot be found to be defeated, preventing 100% completion of Gendarren Fields.

This has to be fixed among all the other Skill Chalenges that are bugged aswell.

I have been trying to get that same skill point for DAYS.

Large groups at all times waiting, but no Klakka…last thing to complete area. Been bugged a long time now.

I did this skill point challenge yesterday, on the Anvil Rock server. I was surprised it was fixed, as it’s been broken for many days.

I got response from the support and this was fixed and working at Aurora Glade.

This challenge is bugged for thieves. When you stealth for enough time (Like 2-4 seconds) the skill challenge resets. Which makes it annoying when u heal because u immediately need to drop stealth in order to continue the fight.
