The meta event is still stuck at they are preparing a tournament etc etc. Just remaking a topic because it shouldn’t be too hard to restart the event chain, etc.

Any very important meta chain (which are probably all) should have close watch. And be ready to be fixed at any time. Please anet. I know you guys are good at doing service help. But would really like to continue my legendary quest line… Thanks.

A bugs that still not fixed. Hope will fix it as soon as possible

Submit a support ticket and politely ask for the item to be supplied to you if possible.
I received mine via in-game mail after 3+ days of doing just about everything I could think of to trigger the event without success, by submitting a support ticket.
The GM that answered mentioned there is many users facing this issue at the moment. So be patient with them. It took them about a day and a half to respond.
