Is Komali scaling as intended?

Cause the way i see it its either, kill it easy with 5 or less people and get screwed if someone from map joins in, or go full guild (25+ people) for kill and get screwed because it scales up ridiculoslly.

yea i hate this boss, my guild had nearly 30 players and we could not kill him, we tried condition removal, CC and the fire shield just did not seem to go off.

some people said that we need to stop attacking but that is nearly impossible to coordinate with 30+ players when half of them are not on voip.

We have beaten him a few times but once it was with just 5 people and another was when we had over 50. So yes i agree there is some scaling issues with him.
