It does not give me skillpoint each day, the icon above it is filled and I cannot obtain skillpoint, it says “You have already gained all you can from Krait Obelisk Shard.” I didn’t even charged quartz on it ever…
It only gives the skillpoint once per character. Its only purpose after that is to charge quartz crystals there on a daily basis.

I doubt it ever did that. No skill point node in Tyria gives more than one skillpoint. Like Rayti said, it grants you one skillpoint and then fuses quartz crystals, that’s it.

It didn’t. I’ve had it since the beginning and its always given 1 skill point period, not one per day.
