Q:

I have the reward in my home instance for a couple days now. It still hasn’t reset and keeps telling me I cant get anymore from it. Is this a bug? What is the time reset on it?

A:

The obelisk will give each of your characters a one-time skill point. After which, your character may use it to create Charged Quartz Crystals from Quartz Crystals.

Working as intended.
