Guild Wars 2

I have been in this area doing all the surrounding quests in order to get “Protect Krewe Leader Dobbs” event to start. Is he bugged? or am I just missing Something?

Does anyone know what Quests start this event? We are supposed to buy some garbage shoulder piece form him and cannot. This and Pendant of Arah is all I need.

Pretty sure there is a bug, but I was finally lucky enough to get this event done a few days ago.. pure chance it was active when I zoned in.. not seen it go live again since though.

The other event in Straits of Devastation is another story though.. the NPC Braegan(errmm check spelling.. might be completely different ) is perma stuck in the coral meaning you wont be able to buy the collection item from him.

Is it still bugged?
Would ANet kindly patch it?

Yes this is still bugged. You have to camp the zone and hope for a new map or log on immediately after a reset.
