Hm, anybody can tell me why I don’t see this achievement under my “Living story”? I am doing the last 5 achievements (to escort one NPC) but this one “Krytan Torchbearer” isn’t under my achievements.

I already did “Luminary of Kryta”.

nobody knows why I don’t have this achievement?

You probably don’t have this achievement because it was a daily achievement. If you didn’t do it that day, you’ll have to wait for it to come back up. There is a daily achievement related to the festival every day. Today’s has to do with killing a boss in the gauntlet. Using these daily events, it is fairly easy to complete the event. Just watch your dailies each day, the jubilee ones have a different icon.
