Guild Wars 2

For every character that enters LA the client fails to exit the cut scene. What is left is a black screen, an unresponsive client and a locked up computer. I cannot exit the game, cannot quit, cannot force quit. This is consistent across 2 accounts so far on two different mac clients. The only option is to hard power off and reboot. Once the character is in L.A. the game functions normally. It is only at the conclusion of the cutscene that this problem occurs.
