Guild Wars 2

I’m currently getting the " you have joined too many parties recently, please wait a moment before trying to join again ". The issue is that i have TRIED to join parties that ended full before i clicked so i didn’t join a single one so far. I’ve currently waited about 5 minutes and i can’t even attempt to join. I agree that players should have a cooldown if they joined say 2-3 groups in 10 minutes or so, but it shouldn’t happen if you only attempted to join without actually doing so.
