After completing all the achievements for the LS episode and even finishing the repeated instances one-by-one as they follow, the icon in the journal stays being a “grey star” instead of the “medal” that symbolizes mastery over the episode.
I know it is a little bug, but it is annoying and confusing!
Yes, many people have that bug (I have it for Episode 4), and have had it for a long time. The actual page shows you are finished, so it’s probably not really very high on the priority list.
