Hello, I did not get the achievement after eating that bloodstone pie and finishing the instance. I did the instance twice.
1st screenshot is right after eating the pie, 2nd screenshot is after finishing the instance
btw, you do not have appropriate section in in-game bug report to report story bugs.
So, after eating it, I have eaten other food buff, wich overwritten the bloodstone pie. I guess it is not a bug, but bad boon/condition implementation. You can lock this thread.
