circled the labyrinth at his possible spawn points for 30 minutes, Viscount and Lich have spawned twice in this time period.

My guess is, that the respawn time is either very long or very random.

That’s what I thought too , but I remember last year he was spawning as frequent as the other bosses in lab. I was in that instance for over an hour, and no spawns.

I have yet to see labyrinth horror show up and I was on the same map for over an hour yesterday. Haven’t seen him today either.

I was in there for three hours yesterday and I never saw a door in any of the spots the Horror is supposed to spawn at. Didn’t see the Horror in other spawning spots either. Hoping this gets fixed for the achievement. Its one of the last ones for me =)
