Guild Wars 2

I have a problem with the game from the last patch. I can play for 10 – 15 min max end i get lags + code 7:11:3:191:101. Then i am back in character selection. I reinstalled the game but nothing has changed. I have other games on steam, origin, uplay end a have no problems in playing these. How can i fix this?. I’m from Poland. End one thing game world (Underworld) population is very high. Can this be the problem?.

Unfortunately, I have the same problem (Blacktide). Please fix it for Poland.

Same problem here. Verified my internet with multiple speed tests and then with traceroute and ping to the server by using /ip in game. Performance is solid on my link with average under 60ms to server (Tarnished Coast). I am using the Mac client on a brand new MacBook Pro with flash drive.

I have the same problem last few days. Cant login. Then after successful attempt lags and message with code 7:11:3:191:101 plz do something

Same problem here (code 7:11:3:191:101) , also after Winter patch game is lagging and disconnecting, what is interesting ,there is no problem early morning, lags and DC starts shortly when the sun goes down
Also Poland here, Desolation server. No problem for other games like ESO or SWTOR, its only affecting GW2 during prime time.

Please help ASAP.

Unfortunately, I am also getting error code 7:11:3:191:101. I have played this game for a long time and NEVER had this many issues with it before. This has been happening to me since the last two patches. I have totally uninstalled the GW2 game client and re-installed it. For a few days it was fine then the Wintersday event made things worse again. My computer is running fine, other games, etc. My connection is good. I find this very frustrating as I have spent a little bit of money on this game to enjoy it. Last night I shockingly did NOT get disconnected. But tonight, I’m clearly not meant to enjoy this game. If this keeps up, I’ll be forced to uninstall GW2 permanently and dust off my WoW account. I need to fuel my gaming needs. Please Anet, hear our cries for help and look into this matter further. WoW has once again raised their level cap and my Priest is far behind in levels…….
PS: I’m on HoD server and play on east coast of the United States.
