Is there a way to make it so large windows like the guild board and WvW windows have an option to disable them in combat other that rearranging my keyboard layout, pressing the guild window button or any button that pops-up a large window while in combat will likely result in death

There’s no way to disable a window from opening, if you are opening them by mistake then you will have to remap them to some farther keys.
