So I had to complete the Battle For Fort Trinity solo because in coop it hangs after the third wave of “Defend the front gate”… Fine, not ideal but at least I got by it. However, my understanding was that when the Battle of Fort Trinity is compeleted, the door to the last POI is opened. But it is not open. It is the last POI in the “Straights of Devastation” and I can’t get to it.

That POI isn’t easily accessible at all times and even during the battle. It’s the place where Trahearne will ask you to meet him several times and where you’ll get quests from him.

If you continue the storyline, you’ll get the POI. I actually believe it may be impossible to miss it.

For me, that POI wasn’t available immediately after the completion of the mission; I was moved to that area two missions later. It’s just that you have to get past the initial Fort Trinity mission to progress to the missions that follow it.

It may be different for different story paths, but how it worked for me was you’d just need to play a little further. Hope that helps. :-)
