So in the guild menu, the “Last Online” thing just says Unknown for everyone who isn’t currently online. Just figured I’d let someone know that it isn’t working anymore since todays patch.

Yeah, I noticed this as well and its true with all of the guilds I am in. Even people I know who have downloaded todays patch and have been online that are now offline are still showing as unknown. The unknown issue is also happening on my contact list with both mutual and non mutual contacts.

Hopefully this is a one-time issue due to the patch. The first two bullets from Balance, Bug-Fixing, Polish are:

• The in-game clock’s server time feature is now displayed in UTC time and is now much more accurate to the server’s actual time. Daily resets will now occur at midnight as it appears when the clock is set to server time.
• Guild “Last Online” times will no longer display as over 100 years ago if the system clock is behind the server.

So I guess this reset of the Last Online is a one-time thing. Would be nice to hear from a dev if this is true. Because if we have a reset of this every patch I have to anticipate and do the maintenance of the guild roster before every patch.

/edit a few hours later: This is a bug. Members I spoke with in-game earlier today who are now off-line have a Last Online date of “Unknown”.

Howdy…we have noticed too that Last Online isn’t working either since one of the patches. Please, can someone from ArenaNet put a post here to confirm the devs are aware? Thank you

Anything at all, at this point there are multiple posts about this… Would be awesome if you guys could just stop breaking stuff. lol..

This is a very important feature for many guilds. We would appreciate at least some formal acknowledgment that it’s being addressed.

your bug fix you did to not show people offline for 136 years (which was only a few) really messed up everyone’s guild rosters. Now they all say unknown after they log off instead of when last on which yet again makes it impossible to tell who’s been on and who hasn’t and has people in different time zones that aren’t on when the leaders are asking why they haven’t been on as it says unknown. Also people that are online are showing unknown when this happens to them the can’t use or see guild chat or private message. This needs reversed or fixed ASAP it is causing more problems than you can think of. Everyone knew the 136 years was nothing and thought it was funny would rather have that then this mess your bug fix for it created. Screens of this are attached please get this fixed ASAP several have in game bug reported it and used the screen shot option there and nothing is being done.

As well as ones currently online.

The Bug of people going Unknown is getting worse. now people cannot see guild chats, private messages or other guild related things. this is all because of the 136 year patch you put in to fix that switched everyone to unknown now. You are constantly patching and glitching more and then ignoring the problem you create. please fix this soon. one idea is instead of the new patch of content for living story… YOU MAKE A PATCH THAT FIXES EVERYTHING SCREWED UP SINCE LAUNCH. There are still unaddressed problems that you refuse to fix or just try to distract us from with “new content”

Hmm…Last Online is working in my Guild now. Noticed it fixed a few hours ago.

Shows last online now but still not totally fixed. People that are online some still say unknown like i posted before. When this happens (like I posted before) they can not see or use guild chat. All of this needs fixed not just some of it.

Seems to be fixed for us but I’ll keep an eye on it to see if we have the other problems.

Not fully fixed (or maybe just glitch yet). On Friend list some players have their location still as Unknown, even when they just logged off. On Guild panel some players still have Unknown on Last Online (I wonder this is as it was supposed to appear for those that haven’t logged on in a while, but I thought about report it anyhow).
